We do not collect, give, sell, or rent any personal information to third parties for commercial marketing. We may retain electronically submitted information as long as necessary to respond to your request.

Payments
Purchases must be paid in full before hoops will be shipped. For your convenience, our hoops can be purchased online using PayPal. PayPal provides a safe and secure way to purchase hoops online. You do not need to have a PayPal account. You will receive an e-mail receipt from PayPal when the transaction is completed. Payments will show on your credit card statement as being sent to Boomtown Hoops. Complete information about PayPal's services and security are provided on their website: www.paypal.com.
We also accept payments by Postal Money Order. These can be purchased from any Post Office location in the United States, as well as from any rural route carrier. To order and pay by Postal Money Order, click the "Print and Call" option at checkout. Then contact us to make final payment arrangements.
Custom Orders
Many of our hoops are available as custom orders only. Before you place your order, please contact us via e-mail at boomtownhoops@gmail.com to discuss specifications for your custom order and to select tape colors. We will send you a PayPal invoice or, if you prefer, you may pay online on the SHOP FOR HOOPS page. Some tape colors shown on the website might not be available, and substitutions will be suggested. LED Hoops require 2 to 3 weeks for assembly.
Shipping & Delivery
At this time, Boomtown Hoops ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does Boomtown Hoops ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Flat fee per-item shipping and handling are added to your order during checkout. All hoops are shipped via USPS. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery.
Weighted Fitness Hoops can be delivered within a 1-hour driving distance of our location for a fee of $15.00.
Sales Tax
Boomtown Hoops charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this website based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
Warranties
The references and descriptions of products or services within the website materials are provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Boomtown Hoops is not liable for any damages, including any consequential damages, of any kind that may result to the user from the use of the materials on this Web site or of any of the products or services described hereon. Hoops 32 inches or smaller are not recommended for use by adults. Hoops will not be sold to children age 12 or younger.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction with Boomtown Hoops is very important to us. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your hoop, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price. Hoops purchased online must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Hoops purchased at a class or hand-delivered to your location must be returned within 4 days. You are responsible for all return shipping and/or delivery costs. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Use of the original packing materials is required when returning your order. Once we receive your return, we will refund your card for the price of the hoop.
