Ideal for beginning and experienced hoopers alike, these hoops (filled with water for weight) provide push-pull resistance to your workout. You'll learn faster and exercise longer with a weighted hoop.

Fitness Hoops
Great for beginner hoopers of every size and shape. The bigger the hoop, the easier it is to do. Since it takes longer to go around, you don't have to move as fast to keep it going. Tricks will be perfected more easily, and you will get a great workout.

A slightly smaller hoop that is easy to maneuver while dancing and doing tricks, while still giving you the benefits of the larger hoop.

Hoop Sets
